“In every circumstance and in all things I have learned the secret of being well fed and going hungry, of living in abundance and of being in meet. I can do all things in him who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:12-14
Many mental health issues come and go even if it seems they are constant and unrelenting, times of need. There are always moments of respite however, few and far between sometimes but always there. Look for them. They are times of being well fed.
The excerpt from Philippians is the second reading for this coming Sunday, the 28th Sunday in Ordinary Time. It’s something you may want to meditate on, especially if you feel in need at this time. Meanwhile, the Responsorial psalm is Psalm 23. So I have attached this u-tube video to pray with.
